ABOUT LOVING OUR NEIGHBORS

Loving Our Neighbors exists to bring hope, dignity, and practical support to individuals experiencing homelessness and instability in our community. 

We believe that every person is worthy of compassion, connection, and the opportunity to move toward stability and purpose. 

Rooted in faith and guided by love in action, we meet people where they are - offering relational support, connecting them with local resources, and walking alongside them as they take next steps toward restoration.

We are a community of neighbors, volunteers, and partners who believe real change happens through presence, consistency, and relationship - not just services. Our work is built on listening first, honoring each individual's story, and responding with humility and respect.

WHAT WE DO

• Provide direct outreach and relational support to individuals expereincing homelessness

• Connect neighbors to local resources including housing assistance, healthcare, food access, and recovery support

• Mobilize and equip volunteers to serve with compassion and wisdom

• Collaborate with churches, agencies, and community partners to strengthen local care networks

We are inspired by the belief that loving our neighbors is not an abstract idea - it is a daily, intentional practice. Guided by faith, we seek to reflect Christ's love through service that is both practical and personal, addressing immediate needs while fostering long-term hope.
